Shadows are the most direct manifestation of a presence. They signify a threshold between two and three dimensions, between presence and absence.
A guardian marks a threshold as a lasting presence.
“Shadow for a Guardian” seeks to manifest the existence of an encounter; like a fossil it is a link that forces you to re-evaluate basic conditions.
Conditions of time and place and the location of the self confirm you as a part of the world. Shadow of a Guardian is referencing the memory of a form and as a manifested shadow, the existence of a transient moment.
